سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع / Return and Exchange Policy

نحن في مؤسسة ستارة رول للستائر نحرص على رضاك وثقتك، ونسعى لتوفير تجربة تسوق مريحة وشفافة. توضح هذه السياسة شروط وإجراءات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لمنتجاتنا.

1. شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال
يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبعبوته الأصلية.

2. المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع الستائر المصنوعة حسب الطلب أو التي تم قصها وفق مقاسات محددة، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ من المتجر.

3. إجراءات طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال
لطلب استرجاع أو استبدال منتج، يرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء عبر:

  سيتم تزويدك بتعليمات مفصلة حول كيفية إرجاع المنتج.

4. تكلفة الاسترجاع
إذا لم يكن هناك عيب في المنتج أو خطأ من المتجر، يتحمل العميل تكلفة إرجاع المنتج. في حال وجود عيب أو خطأ من المتجر، فإننا نتحمل جميع التكاليف.

5. استرداد المبلغ
سيتم استرداد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه من قبل فريقنا.

6. الاستثناءات
لا تنطبق سياسة الاسترجاع على المنتجات المباعة خلال العروض الخاصة أو المنتجات التي تم تحديدها بأنها غير قابلة للاسترجاع وقت الشراء.

At Staracurtains, we value your satisfaction and trust, and strive to provide a comfortable and transparent shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning or exchanging our products.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Products
Custom-made curtains or curtains cut to specific measurements cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors made by the store.

4. Return Costs

6. Exceptions
The return policy does not apply to products sold during special promotions or products designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
